2. Dry Clarifying & Gentle Detangling: Precision detangling to clear surface buildup without stressing delicate hand-tied knots.

3. Intensive Bond-Building Prep: Application of a deep-penetrating treatment to re-link broken disulfide bonds within the core of the hair shaft.

4. Structural Repair Infusion: Intensive treatment that reinforces internal hair architecture and restores natural elasticity.

5. Nourishing Bond Cleanse: A specialized, sulfate-free cleansing bath designed to strip away impurities while protecting structural bond strength.

6. Deep Restorative Masking: Concentrated moisture therapy infused under controlled, indirect warmth to deeply nourish dry strands.

7. Lace & Base Sanitation: Thorough cleaning of the cap and lace base to remove adhesive residue and restore flexibility.

8. Cuticle-Sealing Cold Rinse: Temperature-controlled rinse that locks in active treatments and seals the cuticle layer for maximum light reflectivity.

9. Tension-Controlled Blowout: Low-heat directional blow-dry that smooths the cuticle while preserving volume and soft texture.

10. Signature Thermal Styling: Customized finishing and silk-press or wave styling, returning your unit ready to wear out of the box.

Care & Cadence

Think of our studio as your private hair concierge. How often you send your unit in depends entirely on your lifestyle and routine:

• The Concierge Rotation (Every 6–8 Weeks): Ideal for daily wearers who prefer delegating wash days, deep conditioning, and restyling entirely to our master technicians. Many clients keep two units in rotation so one is always at the studio being refreshed.

• Seasonal & Event Resets: Send your unit in prior to major travel, events, or at the turn of the season to clear heavy product buildup and restore peak light reflectivity.

Send it in whenever you want that out-of-the-box perfection without lifting a finger at home.

Timeline & Logistics

• Turnaround Time: Approximately 10 business days from the day your unit arrives at our studio.

• Insured Two-Way Shipping: Upon booking, a pre-paid, fully insured return shipping label and packing instructions will be generated and emailed directly to you.

Service Guidelines & Exclusions

• Single-Unit Authorization: Each booking voucher applies strictly to one (1) individual wig unit for a one-time service protocol.

• Scope of Service: The Rejuvenation Service is an intensive restorative, cleansing, and conditioning wellness treatment. It does not include structural repairs, lace replacement (frontal or closure swaps), hair density additions (re-ventilation), cap resizing, or chemical color services. (If your unit requires structural repair or lace replacement, please contact our concierge prior to booking).

• Styling Baseline: Units are finished and returned matching the original luxury baseline style of your initial purchase (e.g., signature silk-press, soft body wave, or original natural texture). Custom event styling or structural alterations outside the original baseline profile are not included.
